PASSPORTS
Passports are required for travel to Mexico for all attendees.
YOUR PASSPORT MUST BE VALID AT LEAST SIX MONTHS FROM YOUR ARRIVAL INTO Cabo San Lucas. If your passport will expire within six months of the trip date, you MUST get a new passport, or you will not be allowed to enter the country. If you do not have a passport, we strongly suggest that you apply now - this process could take a few months to complete. Please visit the links below to help you decide if your passport request needs expediting.

Passport Renewals or First Time Applicants – visit this site for details:

Please Note - You must have a PASSPORT and not a Passport Card

IMPORTANT, NEW, MEXICAN LAWS AS OF JANUARY 2026

Mexico officially allows travelers to bring only one portable computer (laptop, tablet, or iPad) duty-free. Bringing more than one, such as a personal laptop plus a work tablet, may result in a 16–19% tax on the second device's value, or even fines. Enforcement is active, particularly for those bringing multiple high-value electronics.  Please be aware of this as you will be responsible for that payment if stopped by customs agents. You should not bring more than one portable computer.

Additionally, Vaping is now illegal in Mexico with strict bans on importing, selling, and possessing devices.  Bringing vapes into the country is prohibited; they will likely be confiscated at customs, and you may face high fines or detention. You should leave all vaping products at home.

AIR TRANSPORTATION FOR CALIBER VIP PARTNERS
You are responsible for booking your own airfare for both you and your guest. Please send over your air itinerary to CaliberPresidentsClub@caliber.com by Wednesday, April 15, 2026.

GROUND TRANSPORTATION and ARRIVAL PROCEDURES
Roundtrip ground transportation will be provided for you and one guest between the airport and the Resort on the official arrival and departure dates. The resort is approximately 40 minutes from the airport.

ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS
When traveling to Mexico you must pass through customs and immigration. Once through immigration you will claim your luggage and proceed to customs. At customs, you will be asked to push a button attached to a "traffic light." If the light is green, you can proceed through customs. If the light is red, Mexican customs will inspect your luggage.
After passing through customs with your luggage, you will exit out of the baggage area and head outside. Event staff holding Caliber signage will be there to meet and greet you, assist with your luggage, and escort you to your ground transportation.

DEADLINE TO REGISTER IS FRIDAY, MARCH 13
